FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Job Description:
-Determine and Manage Food Safety Policies, processes and procedures to meet regulatory requirements of authorities such as Municipalities/local governments.
-Maintain the quality and food safety of incoming,stored and outgoing products specifications and operating standards.
-Facilitate and Provide Internal Food Safety Awareness session/training to all food handlers and staffs.
-Provide accurate and appropriate information,suggestions ,recommendations and reports on Food safety related issue to the Top Management.
-Assist and perform compliance audits,inspection and verification activities as during official government inspection.
-Attend Trainings recognized by the DOH and LGU's.
-Monitor activities of food handlers to ensure the prescribed quality standard of prepared food are being followed.
-Perform other task assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least
-Bachelor's/CollegeDegree.Food Technology,Chemistry,Food Beverage Service Management,Technology,Nutrition,Dietetics or equivalent
-Required language(s): Filipino/English
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Preferably Certified Food safety Compliance Officer by Foodshap
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
